Once your return or exchange request has been approved, you have 14 days to return the product. Please note that only the shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

A processing time of 10 to 15 days will be applied to inspect the returned product and issue a refund. Any damaged, used, or incomplete item will not be eligible for a refund.
