As a consumer, you benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the package.

Simply send us your request to the following email address: contact@maisonbaronian.com, providing us with your order number as well as the reason for the return. After validation of your return or exchange request, you have 14 days to return the product to us. Note that only shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the consumer.

A period of 10 to 15 days will be applied in order to check the condition of the returned product and proceed with the refund. Any item damaged, used or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
