As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the package.

Simply send your request to the following email address: contact@maisonbaronian.com, including your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, you have 14 days to return the product. Please note that only the shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

A processing time of 10 to 15 days will be applied to inspect the returned product and issue a refund. Any damaged, used, or incomplete item will not be eligible for a refund.

Orders shipped outside the Eurozone may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are collected once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges, as well as any additional customs clearance fees, must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
